1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlyAway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Child Safety Standards. If you do not agree, do not use FlyAway.

2. Eligibility

FlyAway is available to users aged 15 years and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Account Creation

To use FlyAway, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use passwordless authentication - you'll receive a unique code by email each time you log in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.

4. Use of Services

FlyAway provides the following services:

• Social networking features: posts, profiles, following, messaging, and groups
• Golf scoring: scorecards, GPS shot tracking, statistics, and handicap calculation
• Discovery features: interactive map, course finder, event listings, and tee time organization
• AI features: AI assistant, AI coach, personalized training programs
• Premium features: enhanced statistics, unlimited AI messages, advanced customization

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Post content that is hateful, violent, discriminatory, or harassing
• Post any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts (CSAM is strictly prohibited and reported to authorities)
• Spam, send unsolicited messages, or use automated systems to access our services
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Infringe intellectual property rights or share copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our services

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on FlyAway.

By posting content, you grant FlyAway a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within our services.

You are solely responsible for your content. FlyAway does not endorse user-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

FlyAway, its logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Trender Inc. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

Golf course data is sourced from various providers. Course information is provided for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlyAway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: service interruptions, data loss, inaccurate GPS data, AI recommendations, or actions of other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium services in the past 12 months.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy

Your use of FlyAway is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated revision date. Continued use of FlyAway after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Account and Data Deletion

FlyAway allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your FlyAway account through the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing contact@flyawaygolf.com.

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:

• Your profile information (username, email, date of birth, profile picture)
• Your posts, comments, and messages
• Your scorecards and golf statistics
• Your AI coach conversations and training history
• Your GPS shot tracking data
• Your event participations and group memberships

Partial Data Deletion

You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your account by contacting us at contact@flyawaygolf.com. You may request deletion of:

• Individual posts or comments
• Scorecard history (partial or complete)
• AI coach conversation history
• GPS shot tracking data
• Message history

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records for Premium subscriptions (7 years for tax purposes)
• Reports of policy violations (for safety purposes)
• Anonymized, aggregated statistics
